Gelecek Varlik Yonetim A.S., a subsidiary of Fiba Group and the leading asset management company in Turkey specialized in non-performing loans (NPLs), is looking for a new team member as “Business Development& Strategy Associate” to be a part of its Business Development and Strategy team.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or engineering, from a reputable university with foreign language education,

·         0 - 3 years experience in financial modelling, strategy, consulting, business development, corporate finance or related fields,

·         Fluency in English (both written and spoken),

·         Advanced skills at MS Excel, Powerpoint and other MS Office programs,

·         Experience in effective presentation and reporting techniques,

·         Advanced project management, analysis and interpretation skills,

·         Python knowledge is a plus,

·         Good team player, strong communication skills,

·         Excellent time management and planning skills with the ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast paced environment,

·         Strong ability in analytical thinking, problem solving, result-oriented approach,

·         High professional work discipline and responsibility,

·         No military service obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Researching, gathering and analyzing data on various strategic projects and providing insights and solutions,

·         Working collaboratively with all departments or interested parties to carry management decisions into effect,

·         Preparing and presenting formal reports periodically to management,

·         Supporting collection teams in all aspects of campaign works, implementing campaign strategies set by the management,

·         Continuously tracking market developments and benchmarks,

·         Preparing/assisting financial models, conducting valuation studies,

·         Analyzing and understanding business processes and needs, creating added value for the company by conducting effective financial analysis, data analysis and performance improvement practices.
