Role Overview:

You will collaborate with our logistics partners to coordinate shipments, monitor progress, and ensure a smooth process from order to delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with logistics partner companies to coordinate the shipment and delivery of products, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon schedules.
• Monitor and track shipments in collaboration with partners, identifying and resolving potential delays promptly.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing real-time updates on their orders' progress and addressing logistics-related inquiries.
• Liaise with relevant internal departments to ensure accurate documentation, invoicing, and customs clearance.
• Maintain meticulous records of logistics activities, including tracking information and delivery confirmations.
• Swiftly address and resolve logistics-related customer concerns or complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement and work with partners to optimize overall logistics efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in logistics.

Requirements:

• Advanced level of English both in writing and speaking.
• Proven experience in logistics coordination, ideally within the e-commerce or wholesale sector.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for clear and transparent interactions with logistics partner companies and customers.
• Proficiency in utilizing logistics management software and tools.
• Effective problem-solving abilities to address logistics challenges efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures is advantageous.
