We are looking for a "Logistics Operations Specialist" to join our team!

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Industrial Engineering,
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar role preferably in pharma or medtech,
• Fluent English communication skills,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to self-motivate,
• Strong knowledge of the industry and market conditions is preferred,
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

Job Description

• Plan, direct, or coordinate the transportation, storage, or distribution of goods and services,
• Establish and maintain maximum and minimum consumables inventory levels,
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations,
• Provide assistance for maintaining logistics planning tasks,
• Maintain inventory control program systems,
• Provide support in the form of procedural documentation,
• Establish priorities, track assignments and ensure availability of resources,
• Manage and work with shipment and warehouse personnel to meet shipments and cost targets.
