We are looking for a "Technical Service Specialist" to join our team!

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferably Physics, Electrical & Electronics, Bioengineering, Biomedical or other relevant departments of universities
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions
• Excellent command of verbal and written English
• Good written/verbal communication, self-motivated, eager to work with a team
• Willing to learn new technologies & information, open to self-improvement
• Knowledge of computer networking is a plus
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours
• Completed military service for male applicants (exempted or postponed for 2 years)
• Having no travel obstacles within Turkey or abroad and being an active driver (class B driving license)
• Located in İstanbul or Ankara 

Job Description

• By participating in weekly meetings with foreign companies that we are the distributor of, making updated information and evaluations on service issues related to the devices in our area of responsibility
• Making necessary registration and current changes to the CRM programs of the relevant companies
• All kinds of pricing on maintenance-repair, maintenance contract, spare parts, and labor services following & completing the process until the invoicing process
• After the training is completed abroad and domestically, perform service interventions (Periodic Maintenance, Fault Repair, assembly, and disassembly, etc.) by remote access (phone, e-mail) to the devices or by a visit to the relevant laboratory or in our atelier
