Main Responsibilities for Technical Project Manager

• Manage customer projects for implementing Genbil’ s leading products running on top of Microsoft Power Apps platform in Turkey and UAE & Qatar.
• Project manage complex and large-scale cross-team, cross-functional initiatives. Interface with engineering managers and engineers to estimate work efforts, define milestones and manage resources.  
• Manage, track and publish project status, budget and risk reports periodically to Genbil management and customer.
• Establish and maintain a sustainable and successful communicating and collaboration between product team and project team members.
• Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all project team members.
• Ability to analyze, plan and document customer requirements and standards.
• Regular heavily use of Jira application for daily task planning, customer inquiries, overall project roadmap and time logging. Responsible for accurate and complete time logging for all members of the managing projects.
• Co-manage and co-track projects’ technical design documents with chief architect and product owners and keep them up to date.
• Continuously co-operate with chief architect and product owners to differentiate core-product features and customer specific development requirements.
• Understand and oversee the technical limitations and challenges of the product and the desired features, co-own the technical roadmap of the product.
• Up to %30 travel to UAE and/or Qatar when a customer interaction/meeting is necessary and required.

Other Additional Responsibilities for Technical Project Manager

• Participate in Pre-Sales activities of the Genbil’ s leading products and prepare demos and workshops.
• Prepare and fill-in RFP, RFI and SQW documents.
• Manage short term POC projects, coordinate/allocate product, and project teams to prepare, develop and present POC project.

Qualifications for Technical Project Manager

• Excellent and fluentspeaking, writing, and understanding of English language.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics/Physics or a similar discipline.
• Min 8+ years working experience in Software Development/Consultancy and min 3+ years Project Management in enterprise customers. Finance industry is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in Agile Software Development Methodologies
• Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition preferred.
• Experience in working with cross functional teams effectively.
• Great experience and knowledge in data management and structures, cloud, and mobile technologies.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the technology department.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams.
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
• Highly analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders including developers, product owners, designers, and client contacts.
• Understanding of connecting mobile & web clients to back-end systems.
• Competent knowledge and understanding of SQL.
• Deep knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platformis preferred. In any case, in-depth knowledge of this platform will be required in ashort time.
• Deep knowledge on cloud platforms is preferred.

The position will be based in Istanbul/Umraniye and/or remote.
