·        Advanced written and spoken English as all training will be in English

QUALIFICATIONS

·        Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Biology, Bio-Chemistry, Genetic Engineering similar is preferred ideal.New graduates are admitted.

·        No Experience or 1-2 years of experience sales activities.

·        Excellent command of English verbal and written skills. Advanced English is required.

·        B class driving license,

·        Thinking broadly about business, Professional appearance and excellent communication skills. Responsible, self-driven, and professional

·        Understanding needs of the market & customer,

·        Having the desire to do outstanding jobs, Able to travel(Domestic - Abroad travels)

·        Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,

·        Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,

·        Building collaboration,

·        Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas. Positive and energetic attitude required!

·        Analytical thinking and result oriented

·        Willingness and potential for learning and development

·        We need to have a valid Turkish Passport.

·        Completion of military service is an asset 

Job Description:

Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions

Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products, services and applicable markets

Develop new business within assigned region or industry.

Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within assigned territory

Compile data on marketing trends, competitive products and pricing, and report to Turkey Sales management and sales division of the company.

This is a position with a 4-month trial period which might extend if successfull
