Role Summary/Purpose:

We are looking for an effective Blade Leader to manage operational and commercial situations. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all Blade repair processes are running smoothly and promptly.

Essential Responsibilities:

• At least 4 years of proven working experience as a blade leader • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects • Manage internal team and subcontractors related blade issues • Having strong communication skills to manage the internal and external stakeholder expectations

• Perform/check composite blade repairs according the specified instructions. • Prepare applicable service documentation and service reports including details of repairs. • EHS responsible for all GE and local / regulatory obligation during execution time • Ensure customer site rules, company regulations, policies and procedures are being followed at all times. • Blade inspection Periodically • Engineering communication for blade issues • Follow-up all blade issues internally and externally • Follow-up repairs • Follow up ongoing all RCAs • Organize blade repair by following correct procedure • Excellent report preparation • Strong leadership talent, interpersonal and organizational skills • Good personal presentation • Ability to make decisions under pressure • Good commercial and business understanding • Working knowledge of various types of telecommunication equipment • Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle • Keep track of quality,costs and efficiency • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Experience in leading a blade operations • Team Leader experience • This position requires extensive travel. Should be able to travel for extended periods of time • Able to work in confined spaces. • Able to work in and out of country • Basic commercial knowledge; • Strong comunication skills; • Familiar with MS-Office, Oracle applications, E-Service; • Structured method of working and analytical abilities; • Willing to abandon bureaucracy and continuously seeking for new ways and improvements; • High degree of flexibility and able to work under time constraints • Forecasting • Fluent knowledge in English (oral and written)

Desired Characteristics:

• Licensed to drive • Experienced in working in a multicultural environment • Familiar with Workplace Safety and Environmental factors • Ability to foster team oriented goals. • Proficiency on data analysis and computer tools • Experience with Wind Services field operations • Ability to work effectively within all levels of the organization • Previous experience in the wind turbine industry or composite repair.
