• Studying Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
• Currently studying undergrad 3rd or 4th year only with strong academic performance (If graduating in May/June 2019, will no longer be eligible for our internships program)
• Fluent in Turkish and English
• Able to work min. 20 hours a week, at least 6 months availability
• Previous Genius Intern

Purpose of the Job
Giving a support to the production team for collaborating and providing  introduction of new technologies and innovation into production methods in order to optimize work execution and increase productivity having the engagement with the various teams within all department given the support and drive change as part of the GE strategy and the "Brilliant Factory" strategy of a Lean & Continuous Improvement culture with improvement on Lean methods - including Visual Management, 6S, Material Flow.  And also He could be very helpful to cooperate to define and control production process including methods, tooling and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• collaborate to provide introduction of new technologies and innovation into production methods to optimize work execution,
• support for definition and control production process including methods, tooling and equipment,
• executes routine analyses using methods and technologies and/or contributes to technological developments in teams,
• collaborate within a team setting and/or under guidance,
• be required to engage with the various teams within all department, to support and drive change as part of the GE strategy and the "Brilliant Factory" strategy of a Lean & Continuous Improvement culture,
• be achieved by working and leading small projects to introduce and improve Lean methods - including Visual Management, 5S, Material Flow for example.
