General Electric

• University student in Engineering (preferable Electrical)
• Currently studying undergrad 3rd or 4th year only with strong academic performance (If graduating in May/June 2019, will no longer be eligible for our internships program)
• Very good command of MS office applications.
• Fluent in Turkish and English
• Able to work min. 20 hours a week, at least 6 months availability

• Having process orientation and strong problem-solving skills.
• Organizational behavior.
• Reliable communicator.

İŞ TANIMI

• To support ensuring the overall quality of the power transformers activity to reach the customer satisfaction and protect the right of the customer.
• To support implementing QMS (Quality Management System) in the Site within the company policies & guidelines to maximize the Customer’s, Supplier’s and Employee's satisfaction.
• To support following-up quality control program designed to ensure continuous flow of materials from suppliers and production of power transformers consistent with customer specifications and established internal and external standards

• To support implementing the control of nonconformity management. Nonconformity review and disposition
• To support Implementation of the established and integrated quality system with respect to quality policy and quality objectives to reach the Unit’s targets and meet customer satisfaction
• To support quality audits within the company.
• To support implementing quality procedures, internal norms, forms and other related quality documents.
• Aware of the company and local EHS policies, rules and standards. Showing exemplary behaviors on EHS
• To support following-up corrective, preventive and improvement activities.
• To support Internal QMS audits.
• To support following-up the implementation of internal production instructions and auto-control check lists.
• To support following-up of quality and test failure inspections in production areas.
• To support following-up of ongoing quality improvement processes working with interdepartmental teams.
• To support preparing tender and audit documentations related with quality
• To support following-up of ICP /MCP documents.
• To support failure root cause analysis and or 8D and carry out/follow up corrective, preventive and improvement activities.
