• Bachelor's degree from the related departments,
• At least 2 years experience in Human Resources,
• Good MS Office and ERP/MRP skills,
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving aptitude,
• Excellent command of both speaking and writing in English,
• Strong oral and written communication skills,
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently,
• Strong problem solving skills,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis. Contributes to project as a team member.

• Providing end to end recruitment service for line managers,
• Managing the relations with universities and high schools,
• Taking HR related actions on HR Systems (Oracle, Axapta etc.) 
• Preparing weekly & monthly HR reports regarding attrition, diversity, headcount & compliance etc.
• Taking active role in social & motivational events for the employees.
