We are currently looking for a “HR Generalist” who is going to join our team at Izmir, Bergama!

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from the related departments.
  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience in recruitment, development, training, HR administration and compensation & benefits.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to cope with a multitask environment and operational excellence.
  • Good command of MS Office.
  • Living or able to live in Izmir Karşıyaka or Bergama.


Role Summary:

Get, keep, and grow human resource to ensure necessary talent in the plant or department to meet demands and expectation from both external and internal key stakeholders. Manage employee relation’s activities and provide consultation to both management and employees on issues related to morale, diversity, conflict resolutions, LM Wind Power policies, procedures and personnel law. 


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Supports HR projects in identifying performance gaps and causes. Leverages performance tools and technology to close gaps.
  • Utilizes the process/criteria set within the Business Unit to determine when “coaching” is the appropriate development solutions.
  • Supports the HR tools in the coaching process and expenditure of resources; assists coaches in the measurement and reporting of results.
  • Supports employee communication programs that gain alignment and generate engagement around business objectives and results.
  • Ensures the maintenance of workforce plans and sharing regularly with Regional HR.
  • Recruitment of blue collar and white-collar positions according to requirements/workforce plans. Ensures to hire the required talent at the right time.
  • Coordinates and support that annual priorities for all employees are covered by the performance development process; ensure process and tool are understood by providing education (eg. Workshops) and supporting the cascading of priorities down the organization.
  • Promotes that the individual evaluation reflects the employee’s contribution to priorities in alignment with the annual performance results of GERE.
  • Supports HR processes in investigations and in the appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Plans training determined as a result of training needs analysis.
  • Communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.
