Incoming Quality Control Operator

Responsibilities:

• To stop the production in case of non-conformities occurred on process (including design and erection), material and product
• To performthe inspection and controls inline with internal procedures and instructions at the supplier site and material incoming area
• To open aNC if any deviation detected during the inspection
• To perform and check defined  ICP s, SCP s in the material incoming quality control process and supplier processes
• To check the suppliers’ control plans, supplier quality reports and records
• To support the analyze of NC s, then develop, implement, and evaluate quality assurance process sampling systems, procedures, and statistical techniques
• To checkthe control plans and associated specification for suppliers are updated with the learnings (FMEA, gate reviews, 8D’s)
• To check supplier ITP’s with the contract specific requirements and to support making sure they serve as inputs to the project risks, design reviews and FMEA’s
• To provide information for creating the SMS (standard material specification) for Semi finished and finished components
• To be able to evaluation of test equipment, precision measurements, accuracy measurements and performance testing
• To supply inputs for the governance of NCR related with suppliers
• To collect the requirements for part qualification process and check defined related incoming control plans
• To support quality improvements together with cross functional teams
• Aware of the company and local EHS policies, rules and standards. Showing exemplary behaviors on EHS

Required Qualifications:

• Graduated from the Electrical or Mechanical departments from Industrial Vocational High Schools
• Having up to 3 years experience in a similar role
• Special process knowledge (welding, NDT, brazing, coating) (Certification preferable for related special processes)
• Having the knowledge and understanding of technical drawing
• Able to use calipers, micrometers, gauges, angle gauges, ... etc measuring instruments
• Have a basic skills in English
• Basic knowledge of Preventive quality tools and terminologies (8D, Containment,
• corrective and preventive actions etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Measurement system analysis for special characteristic of “transformersemi-finished andfinished components”
• Ability to understand raw material and electrical and mechanical requirements
• Having process orientation and good analytical and strong problem-solving skills

Desired Qualifications:

•  Basic knowledge of QMS
• Knowledge of SAP environment
• Proficiency in office IT suite (excel, word and PowerPoint)
• Excellent teamwork, and communication skills
• Customer oriented and able to operate effectively in a high pressure environment and
• pressing customer deadlines
• Ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external
• customer
• Enthusiastic, with a drive for results
• Ability tomulti task and work in a fast paced environment
