QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Department from an accredited university
min. 6 years of experience in similar position
Energy Manager Licenses (Building / Industrial) - certification required
Desired Characteristics:
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
Effective problem identification and solution skills.
Proven analytical and organizational ability.

Role Summary/Purpose:
Position Holder will be responsible for coordination, follow up and control of all maintenance and repairing activities (building, industrial, electrical, mechanical etc), conducted by outsourced maintenance company; will support the Lean Leader on driving the lean program for the unit; responsible for Energy Management, as it is a regulatory obligation by Turkish law (needs to have the necessary legal certification).
Essential Responsibilities:
•Preparation of technical projects in coordination with requester departments. •Responsible for control and follow-up of the activities being performed by the contractor company, which is in charge for maintenance and repair. •Responsible for preparation and follow-up of the budget concerning the maintenance and repair as well as the reporting of the related expenditures. •Control of protective and preventive maintenance works and works for repair of failures •Programming of the annual general maintenance activities and reporting the necessary spare parts’ demands and offers to supply chain dept. •Make the necessary bureaucracy and interfaces and obligations with related governmental bodies
