 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree from Industrial engineering department.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• 7+ years’ experience with technical support in an industrial environment.
• Proven coaching experience including team player development, project management skills, and effective communications (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of Quality Systems.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Influencing others on cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt.

Role Summary:

The primary objective of "Lean Coordinator" is to drive LM Production System Lean processes in order to optimize the plant's efficiency and productivity. The position is also to promote the Lean strategy in his/her organization and carry out the organizational lean culture change to achieve financial objectives.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Influencing lean culture to the organization from operator to plant director.
• Train and mentor on Lean/CI concepts to employees throughout the plant organization.
• Knowledge and implementation experience of Value Stream Design.
• Visual & lean mindset to generate and design influencing standards & reports.
• Execute a Lean Manufacturing Tactical and Operational Plan in conjunction with Plant Director/Manager.
• Establish an effective Improvement Project List, and monitor priorities based on LMPS to ensure delivery of local goals.
• Lead cross functional CI projects with Kaizen Methodology (A3 & Kobetsu) and Lean implementation teams to ensure meeting or exceeding business needs.
• Remove performance barriers, provide change leadership and technical support, and mentor managers and supervisors to improve productivity. Manage and Continuously Improve Suggestion System.
• Knowledge and implementation experience of Methodical Improvements (Time Study & Balance).
• Work collaboratively with CI global and regional organizations to ensure sustainable, data driven reporting, and alignment of local activities.
• Lead the LM Production System local deployment and implementation.
• Secure that all LMPS modules are used and deliver established goals by the Management Team.
