Material Planning & Execution Specialist

Ensure material planning processes (MRP) to ensure safe and efficient on-time delivery of materials. Responsibilities include ensuring purchasing requirements and metrics are met at all production milestones and resolves issues with schedule adherence, supplier on-time-delivery, quality, and price (as applicable) by engaging appropriate internal departments.

Essential Responsibilities :

Responsibilities and Account abilities
• Process purchase requisitions into purchase orders (POs) of goods and services which he/she responsible for in ERP system
• Sends purchase orders to suppliers
• Follows-up with suppliers if purchase orders are well received and request supplier Confirmation to the purchase order and delivery.
• Preparation and Sending Revised Scheduling to Procurement Team
• Outsourced Winding, Core Material Following
• Production meeting attendance and daily actions following
• Design Changes follow-up
• Spare-Tools Warehouse New Item creation
• Tank factory metal sheet planning
• Update material planning parameters (Lead time, Re-order Point, Order Quantity, Safety Stock, etc.) in order to reduce inventory value
• Ensure clean data for SAP MM-WM.
• Aware of the company and local EHS policies, rules and standards. Showing exemplary behaviors on EHS.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Industrial engineering fields.
• Min 3-year experience in purchasing/materials management in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills
• SAP knowledge
