QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
As a member of the ONW MENAT Project Operations team, you will focus on all project control related matters for multiple Wind projects in an international environment.
|Essential Responsibilities :|
-Management of portfolio via project management tools together with Operations Leader.
-Maintain and manage data entry process and ensure data consistency with Project managers and Project Coordinators for the project portfolio.
-Responsible for standardization of project scheduling (WBS, relationship building and resource allocation) on portfolio level utilizing project scheduling tools such as primavera or MS project.
-Creating of project schedules for new projects under ITO
-Weekly follow-up on active projects on their work schedules for resource planning and communicating with all other relevant project functions (Field Operations, Logistics, Tooling, etc.)
-Supporting Operations manager in coordination of resource demand and coordination with GSCM and manufacturing.
-Responsible for keeping the quality performance metric’s, VOC and EHS on the portfolio level.
-Run analytics and scenarios for managing and mitigating risks regarding financial targets
-BS / BA Degree in Technical or Business discipline
-Experience is project, resource management is a plus
-Proven ability to drive projects and initiatives to completion within acceptable time frame
-Ability to lead and succeed in a matrix environment
-Ability to communicate effectively across a diverse audience
-Fluent English language skills (German/Arabic/French is plus)
-Demonstrable financial acumen and business savvy
-Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
-Ability to Travel up to 25%
-Thorough Competency in Microsoft Office Tools
-Clear thinking mindset to understand complex situations and act adequately
-Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize diverse tasks with a proven ability to meet hard deadlines
-Understanding of financial metrics (cash, rev rec, cm, etc.)
-Experienced in reading the big data and mining metrics driven numbers to create reliable KPI sets
-Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
-Very good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint
