QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

-Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; Electrical (preferable), Mechanical or Industrial
Engineering
-Excellent command of English
-Fluency in French
-an additional foreign language Spanish is preferable)
-Min 3+ year experience in energy sector, transformer business is preferred

Essential Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
-To lead nominated projects
-To reach and report project objectives: sales and sales forecast, on-time delivery, margin, cash collection, customer satisfaction
-To obtain communication with all departments of unit, drive action & recovery plans, meet
customers, partners, contractors, consultants
-To make technical and commercial follow-up of the projects from kick-off to closure
-To implement full control of project budget, margin movement, invoicing, cash collection
-To ensure that all risks and issues are identified and reported accordingly
-To identify customer /consortium and other third-party obligations
-To fulfil contractual obligations (all milestones) and to avoid/minimize liquated damages
-To ensure customer satisfaction
-To control / manage on time customer documentation, technical drawings, customer approvals, etc.
-Project Execution tools to be filled and reported timely
-Aware of the company and local EHS policies, rules and standards
-Showing exemplary behaviors on EHS
-Coaching, supporting and monitoring of EHS implementations in his/her team and area of responsibility
-Performing the preventive/corrective actions in collaboration with EHS team to avoid the accidents, incidents and environmental damages
