Roles and Responsibilities

• Work closely with quality, production & engineering teams and demonstrate accountability for the Quality objectives.
• Work closely with Quality system and manufacturing team to study, analyze, take corrective and preventive actions on quality indicators.
• Ensure that the products meet quality requirements.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to discuss and resolve product quality issues.
• Participate in product quality planning and control process based on customer’s specifications and requirements.
• Ensure identifying and developing problem solving methodologies to resolve quality issues.
• Assist in new product development activities to avoid quality issues.
• Work with Quality teams to improve quality management system based on audit results.
• Address customer issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Hands on experience of using Problem solving tools such as 8D, Minimize defects
• Initiate the continual improvement through quality audit programs, through the assessment / screening of various sources of non-conformances and by driving the implementation or corrective actions identified through Root Cause Analysis for In-process improvements.
• Lead day to day quality operations in close conjunction with production & other teams.
• Product Quality support for manufacturing
• Defective part investigation (measurement, testing, containment)
• Implementation of improvements (instructions, process changes, design changes)
• Sustainment of improvements (control plans, Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• 4-8 Years of experience in Quality System
• Highest Levels of Personal Integrity and Safety Mindset
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment with little supervision
• Ability to talk with data and with data analysis
• Ability to communicate effectively (both written and oral).
• Ability to adapt to constant change
• Team-oriented and responsive to customer needs
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant Excel / Word packages
• Fluent in English

Desired Qualifications

• Preferably Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001 standards.
• Auditor Certification (ISO 9001, ISO 27001)
• Prior experience in automotive, aerospace or aviation industries is a plus
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide solutions
• Strong hands-on experience in performing quality inspection checks process control checks & working per customer specifications
• Knowledge of Basic Lean and Six Sigma Methodology,
• Knowledge of statistical process analysis, Minitab user,
• Highly organized and motivated
• Familiarity with measurement and test tools
• Experience troubleshooting and solving technical problems
