Role Overview

You will work as part of the Talent Acquisition team to ensure that the function makes a difference and hires the best people in to GE. You will be responsible for identifying candidates for open and future positions for GEHC primarily in Turkey, the Middle East and North Africa. Handle relationships with candidates and key internal partners to ensure customer satisfaction and quality hires. 

In this role you will:

·       Responsible for partnering with the GE business to gain a deep understanding into their talent requirements.

·       Develop innovative sourcing approaches and broader solutions to attract and hire exceptional talent.

·       Manage the full recruitment life cycle - sourcing through to hiring/on-boarding.

·       Build a trusted partnership with GE Business Leaders and HRMs.

·       Demonstrate a proactive approach in delivering talent insights and outcomes that enable the business to achieve their goals.

·       Be an Ambassador for GE and drive engagement by providing a positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders and internal/external candidates at all  levels, from briefing through to on-boarding.

·       Provide consultative support to stakeholders ensuring end to end recruitment is managed in a proactive and timely manner with regular communication.

       Review competitor hiring strategies and network with appropriate industry talent. 

·       Leverage external partnerships or internal insight tools and share talent or competitor market intelligence with stakeholders.

·       Establish and maintain talent communities and use CRM tools to develop robust candidate pipelines.

·       Help support GE's diversity strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company by hiring talented people of diverse backgrounds, experiences and styles.

·       Openly share industry & market knowledge, including competitor analysis and salary bench marking with internal partners

·       Knowledge of best practice candidate selection tools and interview techniques.

·       Ability to drive clear communication and engagement at all levels and present data in a clear and concise manner. 

·       Willingness to travel.
