QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Business and Data Analytics Specialist is responsible for driving rigor on data and process quality for order management, HPM and logistics functions, providing visibility to local teams and leadership by establishing / publishing reports and dashboards for KPIs. Business and Data Analytics Specialist will also work with global COE / Shared services teams to bring synergies to process and tool alignment. Support the implementation of tools & processes to improve order execution efficiency, on time delivery, linearity, customer satisfaction and predictability while driving the productivity.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze data and provide trends to functional, LCT and leadership teams. Act as a focal point of expertise for order operations processes and toolsClosely work with local and global shared services team for tool and process deploymentProvide tool and process training to order operations teamsMonitor, track and follow up process improvement actionsCreate and establish HPM, Order Management and Logistics SOPsInvolve in quality audits to represent order management functionsActively monitor completeness of data for order operations and follow up with local teamsParticipate and guide operating mechanisms to support a data driven decision makingSupport the implementation of tools & processes to improve order execution efficiency, on time delivery, linearity, customer satisfaction and predictability while driving the productivityAnalyze data and provide trends to functional, LCT and leadership teams.
