CFR/OFR & International Claims Handling Specialist

We are looking for a team member to carry on Claims Closed File Review, Open File Review and International Claims Processes

Responsibilities

·         To perform a closed file review and open file review control, performed on a sample of claim files in order to identify, reduce and also prevent financial losses incurred (not only) during the claims handling process by taking appropriate corrective measures

·         To implement a random checking mechanism defined by our Group guidelines on some proportion of files randomly chosen with predefined criterias

·         To control and assess compliance with the internal settings, compliance with the legal environment

·         To be responsible for the control of efficiency of claims costs and continuous development and improvement of the client services.

·         To prepare the monthly, quarterly annual based reports on the defined KPIs in Group Guidelines.

·         To finalize the international claims files under the responsibility

·         To be responsible other claims control functions due to the need of the department, in addition these tasks.

Qualifications

·         University degree

·         General insurance and technical knowledge at least 5 years (Products, terms and conditions, environment etc.)

·         Preferably experience in motor claims handling processes

·         Legal environment awareness

·         Good command of English
