QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
• University/College Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis and process modeling
• System analysis experience in insurance software especially on finance processes
• Experience in analysis and design of software products, strong analytical skills
• Understanding of technical problems and solutions in relation to the current, as well as the future business environment
• Project management skills
• Abilities to combine business and technical perspectives
• Fluency in English is preferred
İŞ TANIMI
• Work together with business (Finance, Product Management, Marketing, Legal, Sales, CRM, etc.) departments to analyze new business requirements and processes
• Act as a liaison between business and IT teams / external vendors for software implementations & support
• Translate high level business requirements into detailed functional specifications for the IT organization / external vendors and manages changes to such specifications
• Negotiate agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business and IT from initial requirements to final implementation.
• Identify processes for improvement, documents existing processes, identifies and analyzes gaps between current processes and the desired state, designs new processes, and plans the transition to a new process
• Analysis of reported errors and handover to Developers
• Produce high-level and detailed design specifications which is in accordance with the developers
• Support the development team during the software build process
• Provide trainings to end users
• Report to IT management
