QUALIFICATIONS

Graduated from   Engineering Department of universities,
Good level of Professional / Technical English knowledge,
Have a very good verbal-written communication, reporting and presentation skills,
 Have problem solving and analytical thinking skills,
Will be able to adapt to dynamic working environments and flexible working hours,
Prone to teamwork,
Good command of MS Office applications and ERP system,
Resident or able to reside in Tekirdağ (Çerkezköy, Çorlu, Saray).

JOB DESCRİPTİON

Determination of materials required for maintenance and repair, procurement, preservation of tools and spare parts at hand,

Ensuring the operation of all electrical, mechanical maintenance and construction activities of the company in line with the standards determined by the senior management,

Ensuring that all improvement / new investment activities to be made throughout the factory are "on time, in the right scope and in accordance with the determined budget",

Planning and monitoring the periodic maintenance of all equipment and devices used in maintenance, and keeping all relevant records,

 To intervene in electrical / mechanical maintenance malfunctions that may occur during production, to eliminate the problem if it can be done with operational facilities, if not, to submit it to the manager to whom it is affiliated, in order to contact the service company,

Organizing with other maintenance units to identify critical production equipment and prepare critical situation plans,

Reporting to the top manager of important malfunctions and malfunctions, when due periodic maintenance and maintenance and repair works are completed,
 Preparing annual maintenance plans and ensuring that they are realized under appropriate conditions,

Corrective / preventive activities related to the department (preventive, predictive maintenance activities) and ensuring the work discipline of the personnel,

Supporting those concerned in the selection of machinery and equipment that will support the production in terms of quality and quantity by following the developing technology,

Ensuring energy saving activities and investments in order to increase sustainability and cost reduction,

Ensuring that periodic maintenance of the equipment according to working hours is done on a planned-status basis,
 Ensuring that emergency care activities are carried out and following the results,

Ensuring the correct and timely implementation of first level maintenance (autonomous maintenance) activities by production and maintenance departments,
