RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Oversee all credit control and risk management activities with domestic and international customers,

·        Prepare (customers /dealers) controlling reports in a timely manner,

·        Prepare monthly risk reports, management reports and assist in presentations for top management,

·        Controlling and maintaining daily operation of banking DDS (direct debit system), credit card collections, Letter of guarantee and cheque operations

·        Controlling daily collected invoice clearance in ERP system.

·        Review individual or commercial customer files to identify and select delinquent accounts for collection.

·        Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in dealing with a client.

·        Prepare all customers credit limit application and reports that include the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.

·        Follow and monitor a credit control system in collaboration with sales, finance and executive team members.

·        Check the policies that follow customer service best practices while ensuring customers submit payments on time.

·        Check customer credit reports, approve or deny applications and communicate decisions to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.

·        Maintain loan records, conduct regular analysis of the credit-control system and implement changes as needed to reduce bad debts.

·        Follow up on overdue invoices and payments and implement company collections procedures as necessary.

·        Provide recommendations to improve existing processes and suggest alternatives where appropriate.

·        Perform other assigned duties, which are in line with the existing level of competence that the position requires.

QUALIFICATIONS

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or relevant fields,

·        Minimum 2 year of related experience

·        Good command of both written and spoken English

·        Strong proficiency and excellent command in MS office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint,

·        Having knowledge and experience in SAP

·        Quality-oriented, task-conscious

·        Open to change and development

·        Working in cooperation and compliance

·        Strong analytical, interpersonal and top-notch negotiation skills

·        Strong business follow-up and control skills
