QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from electrical engineering departments of universities, 
• Having a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field, 
• Experienced in Plastic Processing Machinery Maintenance and Repair, 
• Result and solution oriented, 
• Speaks English at a very good level, 
• Good command of MS Office applications, Analytical thinking skills, 
• Can adapt to intense work tempo, prone to teamwork, communicate well, 
• Advanced analytical thinking skills, problem solving ability, 
• Good diction, strong representation ability, 
• Male candidates must have completed military service, 
• Residing or able to reside in Şanlıurfa.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Taking responsibility for electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair of our facility located in Şanlıurfa and carrying out all maintenance and repair activities of the process,
• Ensuring machine efficiency with the planned maintenance of the machines in our production facilities,
• Carrying out all maintenance-repair and technical support activities aimed at eliminating the problems that may occur,
• To report on the necessary information, reports, developments and emerging problems in relation to the specified duties and responsibilities and to provide information about their activities,
• Provision of adequate technicians, maintenance workers and assistants for the machines and ensuring their field coordination,
• Ensuring that the malfunctions of the machines in monthly, weekly, daily and hourly works are resolved as soon as possible,
• Prevention of job losses due to machine breakdowns,
• Recording / recording all transactions made in the necessary documents,
• Maintenance of mechanical, device, tool and equipment and keeping relevant records,
• Intervention to machine maintenance malfunctions that may occur during production, to eliminate the problem if it can be done with operating facilities, if not, to submit it to the manager to whom it is affiliated to contact the service company,
• Ensuring that its staff members complete their works on time, accurately and in accordance with the relevant instructions as soon as possible,
• Preparing annual maintenance plans and ensuring that they are realized under appropriate conditions,
• Corrective / preventive activities related to the department and ensuring the work discipline of its personnel,
• Supporting those concerned in the selection of machinery and equipment that will support the production in terms of quality and quantity by following the developing technology,
• Ensuring that daily, monthly, annual periodic maintenance is carried out in a planned manner,
• Ensuring that emergency care activities are carried out and following the results,
• Organizing and reporting the data obtained as a result of maintenance-repair activities
