• Graduated from relevant departments of universities,

• Have good command of English

• Having CAD / CAM knowledge

Preferably experienced in Plastic Injection and Plastic Extrusion

• Strong coordination ability, prone to teamwork,

• Solution oriented

• Active use of MS Office and ERP programs,

• Completed military service in male candidates

Residing in the province of Tekirdağ (Çerkezköy, Çorlu, Saray) or will be able to.

JOB DESCRİPTİON

• Ensuring that all active and passive molds, apparatus, tools and equipment are in working order,

• To ensure that all these molds are periodically maintenance and repairs done / made, and to ensure the supply and retention of materials such as tools and spare parts required for these maintenance and repair activities,

• Designed products and molds are produced in accordance with GF Hakan Plastik standard and technical specifications.

to have it done, to have it tested and to deliver it to manufacturing,

• To assist the concerned in the selection of machinery and equipment that will support the production in terms of quality and quantity by following the developing technology,

• To determine the necessary materials for maintenance and back-up, to make a purchase request and to have the materials access control,

• To follow up mold manufacturing projects in accordance with the project plan,

• Accompanying every day shift changes, getting up-to-date information on near-misses and occupational safety, and reminding the necessary OHS measures,

• To monitor the efficiency of manual and automatic benches in the workshop,

• Being responsible for 5S and discipline in the mold maintenance area and mold shop workshop,

• Preparing mold manufacturing drawings and completing designs with NX Unigraphics CAD / DRW module.
