You are the technical lead in project's and point of contact for all involved internal and external colleagues from Product Management, R&D, Purchasing, Sales etc. We can offer you at Georg Fischer Hakan Plastik A.S., Cerkezköy an interesting opportunity as an Product Development Executive. 

We are looking for qualified, talented and motivated Product Development Executives to join our team. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

·        Bachelor’s degree in engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Mechatronics, Polymer, Chemical, Material.

·       +4 years experience in plastic industry (PPR-PVC-PE Exturision&Injection is an asset) as product development executive & chef positions.

·        Fluent speaking and writing skills in English.

·        Able to travel abroad and work in international teams.

·        Experience in 3D Modelling CAD Sowftware Programs (UG NX is an asset).

·        Clear communication strength.

·        Great motivator.

·        Soft skilled personality. 

 JOB DESCRIPTION

 ·      Lead the Product Development Team in technically and operationally with agile management philosophy.

·       Leading to research innovative raw materials for customer driven applications.

·       Be a solution provider with product development team for design related improvements.

·        Design, production, processing, development, application of plastic and rubber materials and solving technical problems that may occur during all these stages.

·        Implement GF Innovation Process inside the Product Development Team.

·        Do customer visits to understand market trends and customer pains with Product

·        Management Team.

·       Organize design thinking sessions with global and regional team for creating innovative ideas.

·        Assess new ideas with Product Management Team and Product Development Team

·        Members in terms of willingness to buy, willingness to pay, product feature attractiveness, product feature competitiveness.

·        Leading the patent protection and follow up of existing patent processes and new applications.
