QUALIFICATIONS
Preferably a graduate of Engineering (Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Polymer Engineering)
Fluent in a foreign language (English; German as a second language is preferred),
Experienced in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System,
Experienced in problem solving techniques,
High ability to analyze and report
Preferably at least 2 years of experience in Customer Complaint management
Able to drive actively and travel when necessary,
Able to use measuring devices and test equipment (caliper, micrometer, pimeter, etc.)
Will be able to adapt to teamwork and take responsibility and manage a team.
Completed military service (for male candidates),
Having good command of MS Office applications, strong reporting direction,
Ability to think analytically,
Able to adapt to intense work tempo when necessary, communicate well,
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures that the Incoming Quality functions are operated in accordance with the system
Responsible for the preparation, revision and effective/correct use of the Incoming Quality Control Plans and Technical Specifications.
Have all incoming materials checked according to the Incoming Quality Control Instruction and Incoming Quality Control Plan.
In case of Conditional Acceptance of the related lot/products after the detection of nonconformity, it systematically performs the effective follow-up of the determined actions.
Keeps up-to-date follow-up of customer special requests and certification standards, notifies the relevant department manager in case of possible changes and reports the affected documentation and revision part.
Follows up customer complaints on a daily basis via the SAP QM / QDMS system; It ensures that the information about the complaint is reported daily to the relevant people and the Quality System and Assurance Manager, and by receiving the support of the responsible personnel, by using problem-solving techniques and engineering solutions, it is reported in a timely manner. It also evaluates the risks and opportunities and ensures that the system is up-to-date.
Performs customer site visits when necessary, leads meetings to investigate the causes of non-conforming parts from the customer and prevent their recurrence. He/she takes the
It keeps track of daily, weekly and monthly performance indicators, prepares reports, determines and performs actions for possible deviations.
