QUALIFICATIONS

Preferably a graduate of Engineering (Chemical Engineering, Mechanical

Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Polymer Engineering)

Excellent command of both written and spoken English,

Minimum 2 years experiences in Quality Department in plastic industry

Experience with Process Control Plans, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions

High ability to analyze and report

Able to use measuring devices and test equipment (caliper, micrometer, circometer, etc.)

Proficient in the use of MS Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and ERP knowledge

Analytical, organizational and time management skills,

Having good knowledge and experienced in quality  systems (ISO 9001,ISO 14001, ISO 45001)

Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities, take the initiative, attention to detail

Completed military service (for male candidates),

Will be able to adapt to teamwork and take responsibility and manage a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures that the Quality Control functions are operated in accordance with the system.

Responsible for the preparation, revision and effective/correct use of the  Quality Control Plans

It ensures that actions are taken to prevent the batch, which is found to be nonconformity, from mixing with mass production and suitable products.

Responsible for the management of quarantine area.

Responsible for making process and product audits and reporting

Follow up the Daily, Weekly and Monthly performance indicators, prepare their reports, and take actions for possible deviations.

Give trainings to increase quality awareness

Provides permanent resolution of nonconformities by using problem solving techniques

Performs advanced analysis to check product and machinery stability
