QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

For our operation in Antalya, we are looking for a highly qualified Controlling & Reporting Specialist
 
 Qualifications:
  • Master,Bachelor Degree in Business Administration , Economics or related fields,
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in comperable position,
  • Strong knowledge of General Accounting and IFRS,
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • SAP experience is an asset,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,
  • Outstanding attention to details and strong analytical skills,
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels,team player,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.


İŞ TANIMI

Job Description:
 
  • Participates in , supports and coordinates the implementation of planning processes
  • Supports the development and establishment of accounting , finance and controlling systems
  • Preparation of monthly management reports , performing analysis and controls in month end closing periods
  • Preparation and analysis of the budgets
  • Initiate and ensure implementation of internal control activities
  • Ensuring application of Accounting Guidelines through analysis of company processes.
  • Coordinate accounting activities performed by Shared Service Center
  • Supporting, coordinating, controlling and monitoring Shared Services Team in Poland in respective areas.
  • Bridge function between vendors, banks, local team and shared services team in Poland to resolve the problems and disputes.
  • Controlling and reporting cash flow, credit, fund and bank transactions;
  • Responsible for review and bookkeeping of expenses,
  • Reporting and Monitoring of key data and ratios in respective areas.
  • Preparing monthly and annual financial statements and administrative reports;
  • Preparing supporting documents for internal and external audits.
  • Responsible for stocktaking processes
