QUALIFICATIONS
- For our sales office in Istanbul, we are looking for a highly motivated team member for the Key Account Manager position to be responsible for sales and marketing of Getinge Group products in the region under responsibility. The Key Account Manager will directly report to Business Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 4 years of successful sales and/or marketing experience in Healthcare sector, preferably in capital equipment sales, operating room area experience is preferred.
- Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and maintaining honesty, integrity, and excellent work ethics.
- Advanced level of English
- Analytical thinking, proactive, result and quality oriented.
- Able to enhance teamwork within the region and maintain a collaborative relationship with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication, listening, interpersonal, and organizational skills; self- motivated and directed to achieve assigned goals.
- B Class driving license
- No limitation for domestic and foreign travels
- No military obligation for the male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and coordinate whole sales processes to private hospitals and export market starting from lead qualification until successful deal closure interfacing with all key decision makers including C-level and clinicians.
- Prepare technical specifications and quotations of our products/solutions in accordance with the needs of the customers, organize demonstrations where applicable
- Develop and maintain an excellent knowledge of products
- Ensure and develop team work within the department
- Prospect new customers and business as well as develop and maintain good customer relations with existing customers ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Follow-up of the customers and sales opportunities under a structured visit plan while ensuring targeted territory coverage
- Achieve annual and quarterly revenue and profitability targets through accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting by prioritizing and qualifying of available sales opportunities.
- Identify required resources to effectively position Getinge during the sales and support process.
- Create strategic selling business plans for all customer opportunities.
- Track, report and analyze sales opportunities with the Business Manager on a routine basis.
- Forecasting, monitoring, closing and post-sales support of all territory business.
