QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Administrative Affairs Executive

Considering that we promise thousands of items through the app, it is imperative that all these items be available, at the right condition, to all of our users, all the time.

What You’ll Be Doing?

  • Manage all office management and administration activities of Head Office such as Cleaning, Kitchen, Security, Asset, Fleet Operations, Reception, Travel & Accommodation, Event, Mobile Line, Staff Service, HSE
  • Health and safety management for HQ and Regional offices
  • Provide support of managing regional offices administration and office management activities
  • Provide right level of leadership and guidance

 What You’ll Bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Resident in Istanbul
  • Min 5  years experience in Office Management
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Having excellent communication skills to facilitate culture gatekeeping
  • Knowledge of MS Office Programs
  • Result-oriented, proactive, fast, culture-compliant, analytical, flexible working hours compliant, continuous improvement and quality minded
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • High levels of personal energy and drive
  • High coordination and organizational skills
  • Problem solving and leadership skills
