What do we expect from this role?

• Meeting & greeting all our guests in a warm and polite manner, providing precise information in both face to face and telephone encounters (Pro-active, friendly communication will be expected at all times, as well as anticipating guests’ needs and desires).
• Recording and entering data of all guests.
• Maintaining full confidentiality of all work-related information.
• Performing other related duties when required.
• Supporting the operational structure and other departments when necessary.

Qualifications

• Excellent level of all commands of English & Turkish is a must.
• We do not require a specific experience! Willingness to get our hands dirty is enough for us. ?
• Flexible, innovative, driven, professional mindset.
• High problem-solving skills.
• Having good interpersonal skills and being compatible with teamwork.
• Capability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Being a good & fun person. :)
