We are looking for an Asisstant Brand Manager for the FMCG sector


JOB DESCRIPTION 

  •  Collect and process all info required in designing, planning and implementing marketing activities for brand(s) in responsibility. 
  •  Prepare agency and 3rd party briefs under the supervision and coaching of immediate superior by building strong relationships to deliver marketing goals. 
  •  Supports & follows the phasing of new packaging (VAP), pricing and promo tools in coordination with relevant parties for responsible brand(s). 
  •  Supports & follows creation/execution of various engagement tools including events, online and offline community management projects for responsible brand(s). 
  •  Work in coordination with field sales and trade marketing teams and any other relevant parties for the implementation of annual incentive plans, creation and coordination of POS materials. 
  •  Process, analyze and report retail audit for all channels of brand(s) in responsibility. 
  •  Monitor and manage key brand KPIs (responsible brand’s marketing budget and market performance), competitor activities and diagnostics with taking proactive measures and actions. 
  •  Monitor competition through regular market visits.    

QUALIFICATIONS

  •  Bachelor degree from a reputable university, preferably MBA graduate. 
  •  Min. 2 years of brand marketing experience in FMCG. 
  •  Strong communication skills in English & Turkish 
  •  Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis without getting lost in details.
  •  Strong communication skills with other functions, departments and third parties
  •  Proficiency in MS Office applications and preferably Nielsen Answers database.
  •  A positive and can-do attitude and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 
  •  Excellent organization, planning of time and budget management skills. 
  •  Willingness and ability to travel as required and ability to work in a flexible schedule. 
  •  Preferably, military service completed for male candidate.
