İŞ TANIMI

• You will be responsible for continually reviewing and updating the quality processes and procedures to mitigate quality issues and ensure compliance with relevant ISO cerificates, ensuring all of our factories are compliant.
• Promoting GMPs across manufacturers, filling sites, packaging and componentry QA.
• You will drive the companies responsible sourcing, sustainability and environment policies and ensure all ethical trading standards are met throughout the supply chain, and documented correctly and effectively for all key stakeholders to be able to access, with the support of the ethical team member in Turkey Office.
• Liaising with 3rd party testing labs, or customers internal technical teams on all packaging,product and delivery manuals as well as MSDS, CPSR & PIF submission and filing.
• Obtaining all testing documentation and logging this accurately on the in-house system.

• Using your previous knowledge and experience, you will also investigate value engineering options for cost savings (with zero quality impact) or potential quality improvements at no cost.
• Managing critical path for all customers, holding weekly critical path meetings with factories and sharing weekly critical path with customers.
• Responsible for budget, turnover and margin.
• Internal system management, ensuring all relevant information is up to date at all times
• Checking PO’s from customers and raising and sending PO’s to factories.

• You will develop great relationships with the factories, enabling you to successfully negotiate costs and delivery dates and also help the London Office by chasing samples and queries etc.
• You will be a real team player, liasing on a daily basis with various departments including the Account Management/ Product development team in London, as well as the import/export team and management teams in Turkey Office, and various teams with in the factories, therefore it is imperative that you are a great communicator.
• You will build and maintain relationships with key internal & external stakeholders, managing risks, solving problems and identifying solutions, whilst always bringing to the table, your previous knowledge and experience in order to streamline and de-risk various areas of the business.
• Sourcing new vendors to react to the needs of the business and customer.
