We are looking for a "Project Sales Engineer" to be employed in powder coating industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related departmants, preferably architect related,
• Preferably two years sales experience in powder coating industry or construction or architecture,
• Mobility and willingness to travel all around Turkey,
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office),
• Initiative, assertiveness, reliability,
• Entrepreneurial thinking and business acumen,
• Completed military service for male candidates.

Job Description

• Conducting meetings with architectural offices, aluminum plating companies and construction coating related firms,
• Preparation of offers, conducting of negotiation process, completion of sales processes,
• Conducting sales process all around Turkey,
• Responsible for the achievement of agreed sales targets and results for the corresponding region,
• Target-oriented management, control, development and motivation of sales reps in the field (client advisors and application engineers),
• Regional marketing activities with the support of the marketing department,
• Actively feeds data into Salesforce.com system and uses this for analysis and decision making.
