QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Gi Group is one of the world’s leading companies providing services for the development of the labour market. The group is active in the fields of temporary and permanent staffing, advanced outsourcing, search and selection, training, outplacement, HR consulting, as well as in a variety of complementary activities. 

We are looking for National Sales Manager who will take part in the growing Gi Group team.
 
  • Min 5 years experience in Sales,
  • Driving Licence is must,
  • Military service completed for male candidates,
  • Willingness to internal mobility,
  • Strong analytical thinking,
  • Sales and customer oriented thinking
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, self-confident and open-minded personality
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal


İŞ TANIMI

  • Responsible for managing financial & business performance of the entire local branch network;
Main related activities:
  • Deal with the budgeting process for the branch network
  •  Periodically check budget divergence, carry out corrective actions and carry out forecasts
  • Guarantee local business results’ achievements (turnover, gross profit and costs)
  • Manage controllable costs ensuring cost effective solutions implemented on all occasions
  • Ensure targets’ achievements and control KPI’s and, where under performance, implement plans to improve
  • Effectively communicate, manage and review any company / region / branch financial directives & projects
 
  • Responsible for preparing and implementing business strategies aimed at acquiring top clients of the assigned industry (Corporate commercial phases: Market Scounting, Trageting, Attack);
  • Manages the acquisition, attack and maintenance of the assigned clients, developing complex business relationships, in keeping with the nature of the target clients;
  • Proactively searches for business opportunities that may lead to the development of international framework agreements and involve multi-business offers;
  • Prepares the business reports currently in use, with particular attention to the company’s software tools (GiRM);
  • Guarantees the implementation and execution of the established guidelines in the country and is responsible for the correct flow of communications towards their team and the branch network.
