We are looking for a ''Stock Controller'' to be employed in Luxury Retail Company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To organise and implement stock takes.
• To integrate, prioritise and follow up all deliveries. To ensure that replenishments are carried out as often as possible.
• To be responsible for all transfers in and out.
• To deal and report all stock issues: stolen pieces, discrepancies, slow movers
• Develop accurate reporting: end of month results, stock take results, negatives, faulty...)
• To participate and support the store manager on stock take twice per year. Targets need to be achieved.
• To follow all CD procedures with respect of garment protection, stockroom housekeeping, security tags.

Security / Health & Safety

• To ensure that the stock is appropriately security tagged to prevent theft by customers and that the    company procedures on security in relation to theft are adhered to.
• To ensure the stock is secured.

Skills

• To be involved in team meetings and to contribute.
• To report on a daily basis to the Store Manager with regards to stock issues.
• To liaise with daily partners for store commercial efficiency (store teams, other stock managers, warehouse.
• To be an effective and participative team member and liaise with store / concession managers on a day to day operations of stock.
