Bar Manager

We are looking for a “Bar Manager” who will be responsible for our fine dining restaurant to be opened in Etiler, whose concept is determined by an internationally renowned Chef.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields, (Business Administration, Hospitality Management etc.)
• At least 7 years of fine dining restaurant management experience,
• Excellent command of written & spoken English,
• Strong communications, organizational and problem solving skills,
• Proactivity and willingness to deal with fast-paced and uncertain environments,
• Adapting to flexible working hours,
• Living or able to live in İstanbul,
• No travel restrictions,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIBTION

• Responsible for customer satisfaction with excellent standards of food and drink quality, service, cleanliness, and safety of the Bar,
• Ensuring bar is well-stocked and clean,
• Oversees staff, including bartenders and barbacks, and, in some cases, bouncers, wait staff, and/or kitchen staff as well,
• Ensuring that the necessary preparations before opening and service are complete,
• Managing and the general functioning order of the bar, realizing service management and coordination of day to day operations,
• Maintaining up to date licenses per current legislation,
• Creating bar financial objectives by forecasting requirements.
• Following the weekly team’s working arrangement and performance, analyzing and meeting team requirements,
• Leading, motivating, and coaching his/her team for maximum performance.
