A German-Turkish company is looking for a diligent IT Specialist for the projects of the engineering company in Istanbul, European side.We are seeking a committed, long term employee to take care of all our IT needs. You will be responsible for installing or upgrading components, setting up software, assisting with network administration, and resolving all IT support issues and in return, there will be sufficient opportunity to further develop your skills and grow with this company.

Job description

Installing new software and hardware components.

Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.

Assisting with network administration tasks.

Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.

Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.

Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.

Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.

Solving hardware and software problems on computer systems,

Keeping computers and printer systems up-to-date, to supervise applications,

Supporting the solution of user problems and infrastructure problems,

Supporting internet access problems,

Providing end-user support,

Ensuring uninterrupted operation by following the inspection, maintenance and failures of all IT systems,

Keeping and organizing the records of all network, hardware and software information within the organization,

Ensuring uninterrupted operation of legislation, software and hardware for the effective functioning of the system they have created,

Having knowledge of the management of Office 365 products,

Managing mail systems, having knowledge of AD and Exchange,

Managing Hosting and Domain systems,

Having knowledge of NAS, data box management,

Having knowledge of IP phone, IP PBX and VOIP, managing related panels,

Monitoring the network and hardware systems, reporting the analysis periodically and presenting them to the management,

Ensuring information security, to provide related Firewall management, tracking and reporting,

Preparing reports on improvements or changes that can be made to the senior management by following the developments in information system technologies,

Working in accordance with department procedures and quality standards.

General Qualifications

To graduate from Information Technologies, Computer Engineering, Information Systems and related departments of universities or vocational schools,

Having the ability to think analytically,

Demonstrate strong time management skills,

Being open to professional development,

To show a tendency to cooperation and teamwork,

To be able to produce a solution in the face of the problem,

Demonstrate effective communication skills,

Having knowledge of information technologies,

Able to support in case of technical difficulties except weekdays,

Good knowledge of English and German,

Having no restriction to travel,

No military obligation for male candidates.
