Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to manage the newly created business unit for our newly-developed products that we represent in the electronics industry.

Job Description 

• Lead and develop unit strategies to achieve business objectives

• Meet and exceed monthly, yearly sales and profitability targets in line with the strategic business plan

• Create and report the market, competition, sector and product analyzes

• Develop and maintain excellent client relationships 

• Carry out all activities to increase sales, awareness and market share by constantly searching for new customers as well as existing customers

• Prepare and execute “Key Accounts Plans”

• Orchestrate entire sales process to maximize customer satisfaction

•  Ensure the unit works cross functionally with other departments

• Manage the marketing activities and budget of the unit in coordination with the marketing department

• Create and/or adapt the unit's growth plans by closely following the changing dynamics of the environment

• Follow related technological trends and developments closely

General Qualifications 

• 5-10-year experience in business development or sales management in the electronics industry
• Graduated from the Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering departments of universities
• Good command of English
• No travel restriction, able to work %80 of time in the field
• Team worker, also able to work independently 
• Self-starter and initiative
• Analytical thinking, decision making, change orientation
•  Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
