BUSINESS MANAGER – IDILIQ GROUP, TURKEY

QUALIFICATIONS

IDILIQ Group, who operate Wyndham Branded hotels & resorts throughout the EMEA region are currently looking to recruit a professional and qualified Business Manager for our Turkish operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Based at our resort in Kusadasi, the role will primarily be responsible for many of the non-operational aspects of IDILIQ Group’s business activities in Turkey, including legal, administrative, commercial, contracts and some construction matters.

The role will involve representing the company at meetings with local authorities, banks and contractors, and maintaining the company’s positive image while dealing with Turkish property developers, business partners and clients during contract negotiations.

On a day-to day basis, the successful applicant will assist with the legal and financial aspects of holiday property rentals and liaise with the finance and operational teams as and when required to cover things such as obtaining all business licences and permits, handling insurance quotes and claims, co-ordinating project revisions and costings as well as obtaining quotations and managing tender processes for certain projects and services.

At a resort level, the Business Manager will supervise and ensure that community rules and regulations are adhered to, liaise and consult with the company and/or community lawyers in any matter involving a legal procedure and assist with community administration, including to provide general information for property owners and negotiate with 3rd party suppliers.

Candidates, who preferably are graduated from a faculty of business administration and/or economics of a Turkish University, will be Turkish nationals, fluent in written and spoken English - to translator level – and preferably with min five (5) years experience in business administration and contracts and possess basic legal knowledge, to be successful in this new position.
