We have delivered unique solutions in the Fintech industry in collaboration with Exchanges, Banks, Brokers and Fintech Startups. We are now expanding our team and we are looking for a Chief Technology Officer to join our management.

JOB BRIEF

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. You will communicate with employees, management and customers to ensure our company’s technologies are used appropriately.

Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
• Help departments use technology profitably
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Supervise and help to implement all functional areas of technology including software design and development, software architecture, quality assurance, Project documentation and testing, production operations and technical support, network and systems administration, and information security management.
• Monitor Project plans, timelines, architecture and IT budgets to assess technological performance
• Provide leadership to development projects that improve the functionality, reliability, scalability, and security of the company’s applications and systems.
• Use Management feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
• Manage technology projects with accurate time estimates, adherence to deadlines, and strong communication to management.
• Putting together, hiring, and developing elite technology teams.
• Oversee the technology organization’s information security, disaster recovery, and business continuity efforts.  

REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience with .Net, C#, MSSql or similar and also experienced in frontend design
• Agile development experience is a big plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• The firm root cause analysis skills: you find the problem AND the solution
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with both technical and business staff
• Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
• Understanding of budgets and business-planning
• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
• Leadership and organizational abilities
• Strategic thinking
• Problem-solving aptitude
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
• Experience in Finance Industry is a plus
