To be assigned in our Mecidiyeköy Head Office;


QUALIFICATIONS


  • At least 4 years of experience in sales and marketing in the hotel and tourism industry,
  • Proficient in ElektraWEB, MS Office programs and reporting processes,
  • The company has a sales and customer-based portfolio,
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and sales channels,
  • Developed reporting, organization and coordination skills,
  • Fluent in English and can use it actively,
  • Having business planning ability, able to work target and result oriented,
  • Highly persuasive, successful in communication management,
  • Open to development, with work discipline,
  • taking care of his appearance,
  • Competent in the management and practices of marketing and sales channels.


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Creating sales strategies, realizing monthly and annual sales targets,
  • Monitoring daily, weekly, monthly and annual budgets,
  • Developing action plans to achieve revenue targets,
  • Maintaining perfect coordination and cooperation with all departments to ensure maximum cooperation, efficiency and high level guest service,
  • To follow the policies and procedures related to renting rooms/residences to individuals and companies,
  • Analyzing the monthly targeted budget and the actual budget, investigating the causes of non-compliance, reporting and offering solutions,
  • Coordinating and developing all methods to increase business volume, including personal sales, special sales projects and team trainings.
