 We are looking for a Deputy General Manager with great organizational, managerial and leadership skills to join our team at a leading Finance company which is regulated by the Capital Market Board of Turkey (CMBT). The primary responsibility is the under budget, efficiency and timely delivery of highest quality, effective solutions to our clients. Our perfect candidate is someone who deeply understands Capital Markets and Financial Technologies while having excellent interpersonal and leadership ss.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Join the board of management to;

• Direct and manage all activities of the company including Support, Sales and Marketing as well as Business aspects of Software Development.
• Assuring that the all CMBT regulatory requirements are met, in coordination with Compliance and Internal Control.
• Oversee and improve all operational systems, processes and controls in order to support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
• Establish, implement and oversee organizational and departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board and management members, and staff members as necessary.
•  Ensures the prompt, professional and efficient service to existing and potential clients.
• Manage and increase the effectiveness of all relevant operations and support services, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
• Drive initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
• Ensure that the responsibilities of staff are accomplished to achieve business objectives.
•  Supervises and monitors results.                                                
•  Working closely with the top management on developing and understanding company strategy.
• Managing mentorship, career/performance management and promotions for the team in order to ensure an adequate level of satisfaction, mhadotivation and engagement of teams under his/her supervision.
• Researching new technologies and project opportunities.
• Suggesting hiring decisions and organizational changes to the top management .

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• At least 4+ years’ of experience in senior management function in a Financial Institution regulated by the Capital Market Board of Turkey.
• CMBT licence holder of Derivatives licence and Level 3 Licence
• Knowledge of and experience in Global Financial Markets and Financial software applications. Understanding of IT technology and Fintech trends
• University degree in a business-related field or equivalent.
• Fluency in English
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Proven experience in leading teams in finance industry and with the ability to influence and motivate complex teams.
• Proven ability to deliver work in a timely manner whilst under pressure within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
