• University degree in Industrial Engineering
• Minimum of 2 (two) years of full-time work 
• Proactive, result-oriented and strong problem solving skills, 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, 
• Excellent written and verbal communication and persuasive skills, 
• Proficiency in word processing, database and presentation applications,
• Analytical/structured thinking, with an ability to develop multi-faceted plans, 
• High level verbal and written communications skills,
• Strong Organizational skills,
• Ability to work under pressures.   
• Residing on Asian side of Istanbul,
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Taking role in the process analysis, system design and implementation activities as a member of the R&D project teams,
• Contributing in the innovation cycle, development of the technological infrastructure and applying the global best practices of the industry in the processes,
• Increasing productivity and implementing methods to ensure continuous improvement of systems infrastructure,
• Analyzing gaps between processes & work flows and supporting business units in operational system requirements.
