We are looking for a “Head Chef" who will be responsible for our fine dining restaurant to be opened in Etiler, whose concept is determined by an internationally renowned Chef.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in related fields,
• At least 7 years of fine dining restaurant or hotel high class experience,
• Excellent command of written & spoken English,
• Overseas experience is a plus,
• Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes,
• Strong communications, organizational and problem solving skills,
• Proactivity and willingness to deal with fast-paced and uncertain environments,
• Adapting to flexible working hours,
• Living or able to live in İstanbul,
• No travel restrictions,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIBTION

• Overseeing daily operations of the kitchen, including staff,
• Controling and directing the food preparation process and any other relative activities,
• Oversee the overall quality and cleanliness of the food service,
• Planing orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages,
• Supporting to construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
• Ensuring that kitchen staff adhere to quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Supporting to Executive Chef hiring, managing and training kitchen staff,
• Creating or editing menus, cooking when its necessary,
• Providing any other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef,
• Reporting directly to Executive Chef.
