QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Manager for our company operating in the mining sector.

  • Graduated from the departments of Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations and similar departments of universities,
  • Able to speak and use English at an advanced level,
  • At least 7 years of experience in the field of administrative affairs and Human Resources,
  • Experienced in the mining industry,
  • Preferably with HR and Administrative Affairs Management experience in the Manufacturing sector,
  • Knowledge of blue-collar and white-collar management processes,
  • Having a good knowledge of SSI, labor law and other relevant legislation,
  • Having problem solving, analytical thinking, questioning and research skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, prone to teamwork,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel,
  • Able to travel abroad for a long time,
  • No foreign travel restriction,


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managing all human resources processes in line with company goals and strategies,
  • Preparing and presenting the annual personnel budget and making monthly budget analysis, Performing monthly payroll and payroll controls,
  • Ensuring that personnel personnel affairs, payroll and data that are the basis of legal notifications are created completely and accurately, and the required reports are prepared regularly,
  • Close follow-up of all processes in accordance with the legislation and fulfilling the requirements of the legislation,
  • Active participation and management in all white-collar and blue-collar recruitment processes,
  • Organizing and updating procedures and job descriptions,
  • Recruitment, training, organizational development, career planning, performance management, wage management, employee loyalty, rewarding etc. Planning and implementation of projects for the development of systems and processes,
  • Following up all business processes within the scope of administrative affairs, evaluating incoming requests and expectations, and planning the necessary work to meet approved requests,
