We are currently searching for a "Designer" to join our team.

Job Description:

• Propose design and solutions for existing and new projects in line with budget plan
• Providing coordination and communication with related departments in order to complete projects on time
• Following up with restoration and construction steps for abroad operations
• Making sure projects are proceed and completed in line with legal and agreement conditions as well as company procedures
• Preparing pre-projects prior to project kick-offs
• Making sure projects are controlled and proceed in line with planned due date, quality standards and specifications
• Managing and proceeding procurement activities in line with defined budget
• Communicating with official institutions and suppliers in order to complete the projects on time
• Following up with required documentations as well as design and construction budget plan

Qualifications:

• Graduated from the Architecture Department of Universities
• At least 5 years of design and implementation experience
• Able to use AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and MS Office programs at an advanced level.
• Prone to teamwork, strong planning and communication skills
• Analytical, solution-oriented, responsible
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Having a Class B driver's license and able to drive actively
• No restriction for domestic/international travel
• Completed military service for male candidates
