Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer expectations, as well as managing customer complaints and claims related to product quality.

• Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
• Conducting regular inspections of production processes to identify and rectify any quality issues
• Providing guidance and training to production staff on quality control procedures and practices
• Managing customer complaints and claims related to product quality, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
• Working with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components used in production
• Monitoring and analyzing production data to identify opportunities for improvement in quality and efficiency
• Collaborating with other departments such as sales, logistics, and production to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the entire supply chain
• Ensuring that the company is in compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations, including obtaining and maintaining necessary certificates
• Participating in and managing the process of company audits conducted by our customers
• Review, analyze, and interpret contracts between our customers and our company to ensure that all terms and conditions are clearly defined and agreed upon by both parties.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to contract terms and conditions, negotiating mutually beneficial solutions as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, quality management)
• Ability to work both remotely and non-remotely, as required by the company.
• Proven experience as a Quality Manager or in a similar role. (alternative:7+ years of experience in a quality management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment)
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
• Well-level English proficiency in reading, writing, and speech.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, (with the ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and rectify quality issues
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and requirements.
• Experience in working with multinational companies is a plus.
